If you are using the "Desktop" software, you can see a breakdown in Forms Mode, and opening the Tax Payments Worksheet in the Federal section.
IF you are using the "Online" software, you'd have to use the Print Center to create a PDF with all forms and worksheets to see that form...and you can't create a PDF without fully paying for the software first.
As a workaround, if you uploaded any of your tax forms using Picture or PDF uploads, then you should EDIT every one you entered that way...because the wrong number may be in the wrong boxes.
You should edit each form you may have put in Oregon withholding anyhow.....accidentally typing a comma for the decimal point in any of those forms would result in a large number simply by hitting the wrong key
It turned out that when importing my mortgage document, which contained both 1098 and 1099INT, TurboTax incorrectly added the property tax as state withheld. I believe this is a TurboTax bug.

I suggest you delete whatever forms it entered, and enter them manually .
(Personal opinion: DO NOT "upload" pictures or PDF forms of tax documents onto the software...Someday, the AI that interprets the data will wok flawlessly...but not for 5-10 years yet)

In order to correct this so that you can file, revisit the W-2 entry. Be sure that Box 17 is showing Oregon state tax withheld as per your W-2.
