My ny return was rejected due to negative agi. I am not sure why this is the case. A portion of my income is excluded because i worked abroad but income is not negative.

Try using 0 (zero) for the 2017 AGI.

thanks for your response. I cant seem to change the answer and the negative amount is equal to the excluded income. do you have any other idea?
