My new credit card is not accepted

Turbotax does not recognize my new credit card.

My new credit card is not accepted

Is the billing address for your new credit card the same as the mailing address on your tax return? 

If no, then go back to My Info and edit the Mailing Address to the billing address for the card and save the changes.  Go back to the File section and complete your credit card payment.  After the payment return to My Info and change the Mailing Address back to the original address entered.

Yes the info for  my credit card is the same as where I live.  I have gone in numerous times to make sure the card has been updated and what I see shows that the card expires in 2/2022.  So what do I do now.  My card information number is correct and everything.

My new credit card is not accepted

My address is the same. It still will not except my credit card I am getting ready to delete all my information and go use another system. This is ridiculous. Sounds like a lot of people are having the same problem. I’m going to use another system I can’t spend anymore time on this.

We accept credit, debit, and pre-paid cards with a Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover logo. Like many other U.S. online merchants, we can only process cards with a U.S. billing address.
