Not on your 2020 return we are filing now. Baby will go on next year's return for 2021 that we file in 2022.

A child born in 2021 will entered as a dependent on the 2021 tax return that you would file next year.

Your child who was born in 2021 cannot be claimed on a 2020 tax return. You will claim the child next year when you file your 2021 return -- in 2022.
