My name incorrect on 1st page of Electronic Filing for state form, has an extra name and initial in it between my first and last name.

My name is correct in my profile and on the actual State Form.

How can I get this corrected?  There is no one to call at Turbo Tax or email.

It depends. While unexpected, it may not pertain to your return filing since the actual state form is correct. 

Once the returns are electronically filed, check to make sure they are accepted within 24-48 hours of submission.
