My mother passed away in June of 2018 but her 1099 included dividends paid after that, how does turbotax treat this?

If the Estate was open yet and a 1041 was filed this should be income on the 1041 return.

If the stocks passed on date of death to the beneficiary they should report the income and notify who holds the stocks to switch over the owner to the new name.
