My M1pr form say its is not ready to file, it has a water mark saying DO NOT FILE. I wanted to know how can I fix that

you can never file forms that are marked not final.  I believe it was not final on 4/15. it is now.   so see if you can update forms.  if not you'll need to contact TT support   you could also go to the states website and download,the form to complete manually and paper file
