My long term disability income (Paid Family Leave) is on a W-2, not a 11099-G

How do I change Long Term Disability/Paid Family Leave from 1099-G like it is in Turbo Tax to W-2, which how it was reported to me?

If you received a W-2 for long term disability, you would report the W-2 on your return like any other W-2 you received. to do that:

1. Log in to your account

2. Click on continue my taxes

3. On the left-hand side is the menu bar, click tax tools

4. Click tools

5. Click Topic Search

6. Enter in W-2

7. Click go

8. follow the prompts in adding the W-2 to the return. Make sure you select whose W-2 this is in the program.

To delete the 1099-G if it is on your return and incorrect https://ttlc.intuit.com/replies/3288508
