My income is not tax-free as I pay for taxes in AUS. I can't file without adding my state and zip though but I have no state taxes to file. What do I do?

You can file with a foreign address, you can even e-file.

Just make sure to enter the State, country and postal code correctly

It is entered correctly and it's not processing it for whatever reason. I've been trying to get help on this for a month but I can't even talk to someone in person about this because they can't call my foreign phone number for whatever reason.

In the My Info section, do you have the Tell us the state(s) you lived in correct?
