My income changed and as a result I have 2 1095 -A forms with two different policy numbers and premium amounts and it only allows me to enter one.

After you complete the steps to enter the information from your first Form 1095-A, you'll reach a screen that states Here's what we have for your 1095-As. You'll see the policy number from the Form 1095-A you just entered. Under this information at the left is a button you can click to +Add another Form 1095-A. (Click the first screenshot below to see an example.) 

You'll repeat the steps again to add your second Form 1095-A. When you're finished, you'll see the policies from both 1095-As listed on the screen. (Click the second screenshot below for an example.)
