My Illinois state taxes were rejected with these two codes. IL1040-8600-2 Reject Code IL1040-8000-2

How do I fix that?

This error code relates to the signature area where your driver's license information is entered.  IT's telling us that either your Illinois PIN or Illinois driver's license number do not match the database.

you can go to illinois website to get your pin 

https://mytax.illinois.gov/_/#5

you'll need 2018 federal AGI or DL number (must be Illinois). 

if your filing joint each of you has a different pin.
