My husband was incarcerated in a state penitentiary for 2019 and I don't have a copy of his driver's license

He did not work in 2019 for the reason of being incarcerated

If you are trying to file and you need your husband's ID to do that, you can

File by yourself as Married Filing Separately, which may cause you to lose credits

Print and paper file the return by mail.

see this link. you may be able to file a joint return or maybe even head of household if you have a qualifying dependent
