Yes, you may still file as married Filing Jointly for 2018. And again for 2019,  the year you spouse died, but not for 2020.

The TurboTax (TT) interview covers this situation and you can still e-file. In the spouse signature box, it will say "Filing as surviving spouse". If your husband is listed first, on the tax return, "Filing as surviving spouse" will go on the "Your signature line" and you will sign as spouse (or TT will e-sign that line, for electronic filing)

If he has been listed as the Primary taxpayer then  for the 2020 return you WILL have to open a NEW account ... no other way to remove the decedent in this case.  SO make very sure you save a PDF & .tax files  of ALL the prior year returns for your records BEFORE you lose access to them in the future.
