Yes. You must enter the date of death in the Personal Info section.

Then you will be filing as a Surviving spouse. You will still be able to select MFJ status.

Then you will be filing as a Surviving spouse. You will still be able to select MFJ status.

Do not be surprised if e-File is rejected. Then you will have to file on paper via US Mail.
