My husband is in the military and when I review my info it says that he is not but does not allow me to change that.

You should be able to change that information by revisiting the Personal Info tab.

1. In your tax return, click on the Personal Info tab
2. Click Edit next to your spouse's information
3. It will be in the first section of your spouse's information, near the bottom.  You can click Yes when asked if your spouse was in the military.

If that does not work, or does not give you the option, you may have to delete you spouses personal info worksheet

1. Click on My Account
2. Click on Tools
3. In the pop-up menu, click on Delete a form
4. Under FEDERAL taxes, find your spouses personal info worksheet
5. Click Delete next to that, and confirm
6. Go back to the Personal Info tab
7. Re-enter your spouse's information
