Unemployment income is taxable income, and you do not say how much your spouse received. You should prepare a tax return and enter ALL of the income you received as a married couple.
Your W-2's go in Federal>Wages & Income--enter the wages for each spouse under your names. The unemployment 1099G goes in Federal>Wages & Income>Unemployment. If the state did not mail you a 1099G you should be able to go on the unemployment web site to get the 1099G.
For tax year 2018 if you are filing as Married Filing Jointly then you are required to file a federal tax return if your gross income (including unemployment compensation) is $24,000 or more.
You have to file an income tax return if your net earnings from self-employment were $400 or more. If your net earnings from self-employment were less than $400, you still have to file an income tax return if you meet any other filing requirement listed in the Form 1040 instructions (PDF).
