My husband and I owed for federal this year when we filed. I was told we could pay turbo tax to do a review of our filing. Is this true?

We don't understand why we owed. I believe we were claiming correctly at our jobs and for his pension from the military. Is there an option for us to have Turbo Tax do a review?

If you use online TurboTax you have the option of upgrading to "Live" and having your return reviewed. That feature is not available to users of desktop (CD/download) TurboTax

I'm trying to upgrade to turbo tax live but the upgrade option isn't working. Can you upgrade after you've filed your taxes? We filed back in March.

First you must open the account ... log in and scroll down and click on ADD A STATE ... then the option to add LIVE should be available to you.
