Apparently my question got cut off after posting . My question was to continue on from my messed up question above is, if he did not file taxes last year would he need my AGI from last years taxes when I filed to file for himself this year? I filed married filing separately last year and I needed his agi when I filed

No, your husband does not need your AGI to file married filing separately.  However, he will need your social security number.
