My husband and I filed jointly last year. Is there a way to access that information with my own log in or do I need to use his?

You would need to log-in under whichever account was used for the filing of the 2017 return. If you cannot access the account and need a copy of general information on your return, including your 2017 AGI, you can order a transcript for free from the IRS website at https://www.irs.gov/individuals/get-transcript.
