Sounds like something got stuck. You can try these things:
Most TurboTax errors happen because the browser is trying to use an old "session" from a previous visit. By clearing the cache or using Incognito mode, you force the browser to establish a brand-new, secure connection with the Intuit servers.

The ''needs review'' message does not prevent e-file. Have you gone through the review yet; TurboTax will usually alert you during the review if there is any issue with your Home Office Deduction. Are you using desktop, do you have access to Forms mode?
@DawnC I am using Turbotax online, Fed Review alerts me of this section during the review process. How do I get into Forms mode?
You can't access forms mode in TurboTax Online unfortunately; it is only available in the desktop software. What does the review alert you to on Form 8829?
You may need to go back through the Home Office Interview in the Self-Employment section. Or can you scroll down on the Review page and click Continue?
