My grandson [removed] lives with me and his Mom, not with his father! He goes to school here and his doctor is here.[removed] does not have him live with him.

My grandson,[removed], lives with me and his mom. His father sees him every other weekend (is he's lucky). [removed] goes to school and his doctor is here in Rockland MA. His father can't claim him legally, but does, and it rejects my Federal & Ma tax return. Please help

Does it say that someone else already claimed him?  Is his Mother claiming him?

All you can do is file by mail. The IRS will sort it out.
