You may be able to.  Your answers in the TurboTax interview will determine whether you're eligible to claim your grandmother as a dependent. 

For additional information, please see the TurboTax Help article “Can I claim my parent as a dependent in 2019?”.  NOTE:  The reasoning in this article would apply to grandparents, as well as parents.
