My girlfriend used her bank account without me knowing when she filed my return. I need to stop it or get it put in my back account

If your name is not on the bank account, the bank will reject the deposit and send the refund back to the IRS.  The IRS will either mail a refund check to the address on the return or contact you by mail requesting a valid bank routing and account number for the direct deposit.
