You cannot claim GF if her 2016 income was more than $4,050.

You cannot file as HOH unless you claim Daughter or another cloase blood relative that lives with you.

And if you are claiming GF as your dependent, she cannot claim her daughter as a dependent. A dependent cannot have a dependent.
