My filing status will not change no matter what I do from Head of Household to Married filing jointly???????

You are trying to change to MFJ? In My Info you are asked "Were you married?" After you say YES, you are asked if you want to file together with your spouse. Say yes to that. Then it will ask you to enter your spouse's information.
