I have been having this problem for several days now. It is a known issue, but will not provide any possible ETA on fixing the glitch. Emails to helpdesk have gone ignored. I might just move over to H & R Block, if I wanted to wait longer for a refund, I wouldn't have been trying to get it done a week before refunds start getting paid.

Are you getting an error message, or does it just not allow you to enter in an email. Are you trying to apply for a Refund Advance?
