My Fidelity forms are ready to import 1-21-23 but TurboTax tells me they will not be ready until 1-31-23 and will not import them. When will TurboTax update this?

No ... your forms are ready to review and download as a PDF from the broker's web site  but they are not yet ready to be imported.  Most brokers will not have that function operational  until mid Feb as a rule .... and be aware that brokers often put out corrected statements until mid to late March so don't be in a rush to file the return until the broker's statements indicate they are FINAL.
