I got the email notifying me that my federal and state returns were rejected. When I clicked on "lets fix my return" the description of error provided was "This return could not be processed for e-filing due to incorrect or missing information." Then in the "What needs to be done" section, it states "Please review the reason for the reject. If necessary make the appropriate change and re-submit this return electronically."
How do I fix the incorrect or missing information when Turbotax does not identify what such error is?

Yes, that's the code. Rejection Code 8960 is a current e-filing issue within TurboTax. There should be an update to fix this issue by the end of today, March 28, 2019.
If you do not want to wait for an update, you have the option to paper file your tax returns as this is only an e-filing issue.

TurboTax says my Federal tax return was rejected. It shows IND-031-04. I didn't save the TurboTax return on my computer. I just saved a copy of the return. How do I correct this. Can I just mail my return to the State and Internal Revenue?
