My federal return amount is $384, -$174.88.

That amount taken out is from using turbo tax. So when I do the math it says I’ll receive 209.12$, however I only received $169.13. And the irs to go app accepted the return, approved the amount

There is an extra $39.99 charge (higher in CA) to have the fees deducted, plus state sales tax on the total.
