My Federal is just over 1,000 and when they calculated for me it says I'm only getting 13 back? I feel like something is wrong or what am i missing here? Not worth it...

Where are you seeing the "just over 1000" amount? Is it on your W-2? Why do you think it should be more? What is in box 1? What is your filing status? Do you have any dependents?
