My federal and state e-file was rejected. I must now file by mail. My printed federal return doesn't have a signature line.

Is this because I signed when I e-filed? So the printed, "fixed" version doesn't have a line for signature?

The signature line on the federal tax return, Form 1040, is on page 2 of the form at the bottom of the page.

If you have a Form 1040-SR it is on page 3 at the bottom of the page.
