My federal and missiouri tax feature says ready to mail I don’t have a printer can I go back and e file

You should be readily able to back up in the program and change to e file.

Yes, you can change you return from mail in to e-file. 

Once you sign in, you may have to use the link "Add a state" to get back into the return. Once in the return, skip the questions on adding a state and go to the Review section. Walkthrough to the File section and change the filing status and direct deposit information in steps 2 and 3.
