My Federa tax information did not move to the State section correctly, and it will not let me fix it. Now I paid 155 dollars for only Federal. How can I fix this?

I did not approve state yet, but it also won’t let me change anything . Is there a way to just update State?

To update your State taxes, login to your account and click Continue.  From the left menu, click State.  I have attached two screenshots for reference. Please reply back if this does not resolve the issue.

This is what I continue to see. The problem is it is not 5755E39A-1725-4F56-97DB-B18C49FEF906.png

moving it over correctly. It keeps automatically moving it over. I can’t change anything.

You may need to delete the form, re-add it and reenter your information. You can follow the instructions in this TurboTax FAQ on how to delete a form. You may also have to log out of the program, clear your cache and cookies, and log back in. Please see the TurboTax FAQ here for instructions on clearing your cache. See here for instructions on clearing your cookies. You may also try using another browser or using the phone app here if the above does not work. If none of these resolve the issue, please comment back or contact customer support here for further assistance.
