My father filed my taxes for me but has since passed away. Can I get a copy of my 2024 tax return from his TurboTax account w/o his login information?

Very sorry for your loss.   You cannot get into your father's account without the log in information.   You need the account and user ID to get in to the account and get a copy from TurboTax.   You could get a free transcript from the IRS or for a fee of $30, an actual copy of the return.
