My employer's state ID number has four zeros at the beginning and when I go to e-file, it says to fix? Not had this problem in years past and used same number.

If TurboTax is not accepting your State ID number, try entering the Federal Employer Identification Number (EIN) from Box b into the State ID box 15. Also try removing the leading zeros. If that does not work, try entering a value such as 1234567890 or leave the box blank if no state taxes were withheld.

I have tried all the suggestions and nothing is working. Still getting rejected. I have had the same employer's state ID number for years and this has never happened prior. Very frustrating!
