That's not a problem. IRS computers only match your SS# . Just enter the right info at the personal info section of TurboTax, so it goes on your form right.

I don't think it will affect your w2 as long as they put the right info needed for your refund. My w2 is still my single name and I'm already married for three years and still using the same old name even if I have notified them with the changes. It actually didn't affect my return.
