My employer ID ends with a W and it's not letting me enter, only giving me a number keypad. Should I enter a "9" instead of the"W" or is there a way to get the W?

A U.S. Federal Employer ID number (EIN or TIN) is 9 digits, usually in the form NN-NNNNNNN.  Any other format will not be accepted.

If it is a State number, try leaving out any dashes or spaces.
