You will want to wait until you receive your corrected W-2s. If you try to file before your company corrects the W-2 information, then the IRS will not be able to match the copy of your W-2 that was received by the IRS (directly from your employer) with the information you are reporting on your tax return.
This may delay any refund or even trigger an audit of your tax return. So it is best to wait until your employer has filed your corrected W-2 and you receive (and review) this corrected W-2 before you file your own tax return.
