You don't need a 1095A unless you bought insurance yourself from the Marketplace like Obama care. You don't need to enter your health insurance so say No on the Health section. Only enter it from your W2, nowhere else. If you do get a 1095B or 1095C you do not enter those. You don't fill in a blank 1095.
