My efile was accepted by both state and federal on 4/10, I have yet to see my return. Is there a delay?

A Federal refund the IRS states that most refund can be received within 21 days (business days) from the date a return is accepted if you e-filed & choose direct deposit.  States differ when they issue refunds. During the end of the filing date of April 15, 2019, the IRS is busy so there could be a slight delay.
