My efile return was rejected because I did not know my AGI from last year. Now it will only print my efile return and I need to print my hard copy return to file by mail

In order to change from e-filing to mailing your Tax Returns, please follow these instructions:

• Open your return in TurboTax Online
• Click "File" from the left side of your screen
• Click "Start" next to Step 3 
• Click "I'd Like To Change Filing Methods"
• Choose the mailing option and then click "Save"
