My e-file was rejected when I typed in my AGI from 2017. I was copying the number from the 1040EZ I file through TurboTax last year.

If you filed 2017 late, or amended, the correct 2017 AGI might not be in the system.  Try using zero.  If zero will not work then you will need to print, sign and mail your 2018 return.

When you mail a tax return, you need to attach any documents showing tax withheld, such as your W-2’s or any 1099’s.  Use a mailing service that will track it, such as UPS or certified mail so you will know the IRS received the return.
