My e-file was rejected because my AGI didn't match what the IRS had on file, however I didn't file any taxes before. I also tried ordering a transcript but couldn't.

If your AGI is rejecting and you did not file taxes last year, then you should use 0 for your AGI in TurboTax.  If for some reason that doesn't work, you can still file by mailing in a paper return for this year.
