My daugther is 20 years old and she made $ 7428 as Income. She lived with me all year, she is full time student and legal resident. Can I claimed the EIC for her?

You can still claim her as a dependent regardless of her income amount since she is under 24 and a full time student. She still needs to file her own return since she made over $6,300. On her return she needs to select that someone else can claim her as a dependent.
