Many charities like Goodwill and Salvation Army have a list of items and their suggested value. You can also look at e-bay for fair market values.
Go to your local thrift shops and do some shopping, and either see if they have a list, or make a list of example items. Or look on eBay under completed listing.
The unfortunate truth is that there is no guarantee that the IRS will accept ItsDeductble values as representative of your items in your area, and I can remember at least two customers here who were audited and the IRS denied their ItsDeductible values.
