My daughter turned 18 in February 2017. she started working in November 2017. can I still claim her as a dependant?

You can claim her as a dependent under the Qualifying Child rules if she under the age of 19 or under the age of 24 and a full time student if she meets all the requirements under the rules.  Note that her income is not a factor under the rules.
