My daughter turned 18 in 2017 she was a full-time student with a part-time job. She earned about $7000.00 and is filing her taxes. Do I still claim her as a dependent?

My daughter turned 18 in February 2017. graduated high school in June 2017.  She worked part-time and her earnings were more than 7K.  Do I claim her as a dependent or have to change anything on my return?  She is filling her own return.

At 18, you can still claim her as your dependent.  On her own tax return she needs to say that she can be claimed as a dependent on someone else's return.
