My Daughter started private Pre Kindergarten in 2016, can I claim her fee on my Tax Return. She was 3 years on May 28.
My Daughter was 3years when we put her into Pre K for care and education in a private school. Can we claim her on Tax Return.
If so, what is the age limit until we can claim on Tax Return for Day Care/School.

There are no education credits below college level.
Expenses for pre-K are eligible for the dependent care credit, even if the program was educational. The care must have been provided so that you (and your spouse if married) could work or be full time students.
Expenses for kindergarten and higher are not eligible for the dependent care credit even if you were working. However, if you paid extra to extend the hours so you could work, and that extra is itemized separately on your bill, you can use it as a dependent care expense. For example, if normal hours were 9-3, and you paid extra for coverage from 8-9 and 3-5 so you could work, the extra is eligible dependent care.
