My daughter received a 1099-Q form but has no income to file her own income tax form. Do we put it on our income tax.

As long as her distribution amount does not exceed her qualified education expenses, there is no need to report the 1099-Q or file a tax return. If the funds were paid directly to the school and she is your dependent, you should report it on your tax return. However, there will still be no taxable income from this form if the entire distribution was for qualified education expenses.
