My daughter received 2 W2s for 2022. One with zero in box 1 & box 2 but 8146 in box 3 & box 5. The other w2 has 9555 in box 1 & 3, and 229 in box 2. I'm concerned about the combined income incurring more tax than what was withheld. When I load both W2s in Turbo Tax, it generates a refund of 229. Can this be right? It also won't let us e-file because of the $0s in the first W2. Can I get around this? Or should I just file it by mail? Open to feedback.

Ignore the W-2 with zero in box 1. The refund is the amount that was withheld which makes sense since she would owe no tax on her income. Be sure that the box is checked in her return saying that someone else can claim her. She is really only filing to get her withholding back.
It worked! Thanks for the advise!
